At the helm of LAK HR Consulting (Pty) Ltd is Cindy who is the Managing Director. Cindy has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the Human Resources field. Her expertise has developed over the years where she has been involved in numerous Human Resources interventions. LAK HR Consulting (Pty) Ltd, which is now over 20 years in the market, has been under her leadership, providing a complete HR package solution to clients. To ensure effective and just on time delivery, Cindy has strategically positioned the company with alliances/partners who are in the same business.
Cindy holds a BA Psychology and Industrial Sociology (cum laude), an Honors Degree in Psychology from the university of Zululand as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Stellenbosch Business School. She is also a Psychometrist and an accredited Emotional Intelligence Assessor.
